Rosalind Indienne is part of the new Castle Howard Indienne Collection and is named after Rosalind, 9th Countess who sought to redecorated the house in the last decades of the nineteenth century by gathering together a remarkable collection of textiles.
Aurea Indienne is part of the Castle Howard Indienne Collection and honours the tradition of toiles peintes or ‘painted cottons’ that were imported into Europe from the late 16 sixteenth century.
