Inspiration drawn from a Portuguese six-leaf ‘japanned and painted eighteenth century leather screen’ housed in the Great Hall at Eastnor Castle, Herefordshire. Decorated in imitation coromandel lacquer with a series of cartouches depicting vases of flowers and temples with figures.
