Selina
c.1910. A popular Edwardian floral pattern, this swirling design was redrawn in 2010. In pocketed silk and wool so that the ground puffs in layers of silk, columns of peonies spiral upwards, their petals unfurling in time with their leaves. Woven in brilliant silk that hugs the curves of the petals against a muted ground, this is a stunning, bold floral.
