Pine
c.1875. A grand late nineteenth century design, the Pine was depicted in "St Nicholas" by Hans Memlinc (1465-1494) before being redrawn in the nineteenth century for drapes in Westminster Palace for the Grand Committee Room. With ornate leafy ogee strapwork, this incredible cotton is popular in churches, and really embraces the shape of a chair when used as upholstery.
