Depicting a stylised botanical figure in its lush pile, Carlton is a truly elegant and sophisticated cut velvet. Set against an understated ground, the silk pile shimmers softly in the light. Carlton is a stunning re-imagination of original drapery from Carlton Towers, a Victorian Gothic-revival style country house devised devised by architect Edward Welby Pugin.  

This is a cut pile velvet with natural linen ground. Due to the weaving process there may be variations in the depth of the pile of the velvet.
