She is dressed as the goddess Aphrodite and captivates Antony with her charm and intellect, leading to their infamous love affair.

Anthony and Cleopatra is the largest of the sixteenth century tapestries bought and hung in the Staircase Hall in 1996 at Eastnor Castle.
