The Meeting of Anthony and Cleopatra
Anthony and Cleopatra is the largest of the sixteenth century tapestries bought and hung in the Staircase Hall in 1996 at Eastnor Castle.
The seventeenth century tapestries between the windows in the Long Library depict a mythical seascape. The five hangings have been stripped of borders and artfully pieced together to present one mural spanning a total length of 650cm x 300cm high. This playful seascape narrative will be available as wallpaper and fabric.
