A modern design in its patterns, colours and finish, this is at the same time a fabric that unmistakably harks back to classic tuiliere. The delicate roses cascading up the fabric have all the grace of a late eighteenth century French fabric, while the modernity is found in the gentle three dimensionality of the pattern.
1) As this is a cut pile velvet with a natural linen ground and due to the weaving process there may be occasional variations in the depth of the pile of the velvet.
2) The linen ground may contain natural slubs and irregularities which are a normal part of the characteristics of this fibre. This is not a defect.
