Cogges Manor
c.1896 Found in the hall of Cogges Manor Farm, Oxfordshire, this is typical of the machine printed designs that were known as sanitary papers in this period. These were used largely in hallways and bootrooms and were often heavily lacquered to become wipeable for practicality.
