Watts are thrilled to announce that we have won Decorex’s 2013 social media campaign, #SilkRoute.
The challenge was to create a Pinterest board around the theme of Silk Route. We were inspired by the journey silk goes through to become luxury products as much as the exotic pathway from East to West. Colour, form, light and tactility stimulate our senses and these qualities shape how we create our products, from sensuous silks to 6ft tassels.
The end result reflects a joy of beauty. The silk route is emblematic of the aesthetic impetus that keeps people decorating themselves and the world around them.
